Full Zirconia
Our zirconia restorations boast translucency and strength. Ideal for patients where occlusal space is limited and strength is required. They are ideal for patients who have concerns about metal and prefer a “metal-free” look and feel.

Layered Zirconia
It is a “one size fits all” restoration and can be prescribed anywhere in the mouth. Layered Zirconia crowns are the solution for both anterior and posterior cases where function meets aesthetics. Made from zirconia oxide and hand-layered porcelain.

IPS E.Max
E.max restorations are the solution for both anterior and posterior cases where function meets aesthetics. Made from lithium disilicate glass, it is highly translucent and boasts over 360 MPa in flexural strength.

Porcelain Fused to Metal
Our dental laboratory specializes in crafting traditional porcelain fused to metal restorations. They are preferred 2:1 over any other porcelain fused to metal and are the most prescribed restorations in our dental lab.

Valplast & TCS
TCS and Valplast are monomer-free and can be used for any removable partials, full dentures, and unilateral partials. They can also be used in combination with cast metal frame partials. It’s made from a thermoplastic nylon resin that comes in different shades and is quite flexible (clear, light pink, pink, medium/dark Meharry).

Acrylic Denture
At Dazs Dental Lab, we offer our dentists a selection of premium teeth or Portrait IPN teeth that your patients will love. Our premium acrylic dentures are made from heat-cured Lucitone 199™ to mimic the color and characterization of natural gums.

Cast Metal Partial
We offer a full line of removable prosthetics made with premium teeth and heat-cured Lucitone 199. Partials are lighter and more flexible for easier clasp adjustments. Premium chrome cobalt alloy is nickel and beryllium-free so it won’t discomfort or irritation to patients with allergies. Partials are made from heat-cured Lucitone 199TM.
